Beadlockers.com Shipping Policy
The below shipping policy applies only to those consumers shopping on Beadlockers.com.
It is our goal at Beadlockers LLC to make it as cost-effective and efficient as possible for you to get your new Beadlockers LLC products. For that reason, we have crafted a shipping policy that is focused on you, the consumer.
On Beadlockers.com, once you have selected the products you wish to purchase and have entered our shopping cart, shipping options and handling cost options will be presented to you. Beadlockers.com is proud to offer shipping within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Expedited shipping in these 48 U.S. states are at your expense, and in addition to the purchase price of your products. Beadlockers LLC does not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii and other countries outside of the United States, including Canada and Mexico. Shipping options include:
- USPS Priority Mail Package
- UPS® Ground
- FedEx® Ground
Depending on where you live, you might not be offered all shipping options.
Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Central Time will ship the following business day.
FedEx® ground shipments will be typically received Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will typically ship on the following Monday. While these timeframes are typical, we can’t make any guarantees.
Times in transit are calculated in business days. Business days are Monday through Friday. Deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday unless scheduled with the freight carrier.
Beadlockers LLC only ships to the lower 48 states. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to your destination.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Please note the following restrictions to the Beadlockers.com Shipping Policy:
- You are advised to provide a shipping address where you will be present to receive the shipment. Beadlockers LLC is not responsible for packages left unattended in the event that the recipient is not available to receive a shipment.
- We do not ship C.O.D.
- All orders must include a complete shipping address and phone number.
- Beadlockers LLC cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO.
- For oversized product shipments to the contiguous 48 states, only freight ground is made available.
- For certain oversized product shipments, additional shipping charges may apply.
- Delivery times are not guaranteed.
We want you to be happy with your Beadlockers purchase and we hope that every Beadlockers product brings enjoyment to you. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products possible.

You may return a Beadlockers product within 30 days of your purchase, provided that the product is in its original packaging, and includes all original packaging manuals and merchandise materials. Original payment method must accompany the purchased product.
Please take note of our Exclusions on Returns below: We cannot accept products which are damaged due to negligence, abuse, misuse, or accidental or normal wear and tear.
We do not provide any warranty programs offered by other distributors of our products.
IMPORTANT: ALL RETURNS MUST REFERENCE AN APPROPRIATE RGA (RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION) NUMBER, WHICH MAY BE OBTAINED FROM A BEADLOCKERS CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT AT THE ABOVE TELEPHONE NUMBER OR BY EMAILING [email protected]. PLEASE WRITE THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BELOW OUR ADDRESS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. ANY RETURNS WITHOUT A VALID RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.
- If you have purchased directly from Beadlockers LLC, please call us at (920) 828-0129 for an RGA and assistance with this process. If you are returning a product to Beadlockers LLC, it must have an appropriate RGA (Returned Goods Authorization).
- If you are returning a product to another distributor or point of purchase, contact that company and follow their return process.
- When returning a product to Beadlockers LLC, please return all parts in their original packaging.
- All products must be returned in their original box and include all original packaging manuals and merchandise materials.
- All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee equal to 15% of your order.
- Original shipping, return shipping, taxes and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Please allow 10–15 business days for us to process a return after it arrives at our offices.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your return is received.
EXCLUSIONS ON RETURNS
- We cannot accept products which are damaged due to negligence, abuse, misuse, or accidental or normal wear and tear.
- We cannot accept products that have not been used in accordance with their documentation or installation instructions.
RETURNS OF DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If you receive a damaged package, please contact Beadlockers LLC customer service at (920) 828-0129, or email [email protected].com within three calendar days of receipt of your package, for assistance.
Regarding damaged shipment claims:
- Please be prepared to describe the damage and provide photographs of the damaged item.
- Keep the package and parts in the same condition as they arrived.
